Thank you to our fans who have sent messages regarding the shady actions of our competitor who blatently ripped off our web design and concepts. They devoted so much time to copying our creativity and hard work, that they obviously don’t care much for their own abilities. RESPECT IS SOMETHING YOU CAN’T STEAL.. YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR OWN WORK AND EARN IT!

2009 COMMUNITY SUMMIT – VA. BEACH, VA 12/5/09

Sunday, December 6th, 2009

Taglish Tees had the distinct honor of attending the 2009 Community Summit yesterday at the Philippine Cultural Center in Virginia Beach, VA.  The day was filled with an exciting agenda which included: ways to express identity with performance, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, how to be brown, recognizing the historical value of Filipinos in America, building a financial foundation, and focusing on healing issues faced by the community.  It was a great day to see how energized our youth was!  It was definitely a great experience with lots of energy in the air!!  Congrats to all of the organizers and presenters–you all did a spectacular job!!  Special thanks to Melissa for inviting us to be a part of the last summit of the decade!
